Delivery and Returns

At Redber we only roast to order. We try to roast and dispatch your coffee the same dayΒ as your order so that you can enjoy the freshest coffee. We roastΒ six days a week, Monday to Saturday and we dispatch from Monday to Friday.Β We tryΒ to clear all of our orders by 16:00Β each day, but we ask you to allow an extra day as contingency in case of a roasting backlog.

We now provide free delivery for ordersΒ from Β£40*:

  • 2 to 3 day delivery aim - tracked
  • or you can upgrade to a 1 to 2 day delivery aim - tracked for Β£5.00Β (please note thatΒ delivery companies do not guarantee delivery inΒ oneΒ day)Β 

For orders under Β£40Β theΒ options are:

  • 2 to 3 day delivery aim - tracked for Β£3.95
  • 1 to 2 day delivery aim - tracked for Β£4.95 (please note that delivery companies do not guarantee delivery inΒ oneΒ day)

    *Β FreeΒ delivery applies to Mainland UK only.
    * TheΒ costs for delivery to Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands and IslandsΒ are Β£5 for 5kg and under and Β£15.99 for 5kg to 30kg.

      Damaged or Incorrect Orders

      If your order is damaged or incorrect we will offer a replacement or a refund.Β You should report damagedΒ or incorrect goods to us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery so that we can try to resolve the issue. You should inspect any goods prior to signing for delivery. If there is any visible damage whatsoever you should immediately adviseΒ the delivery service. If inspection is not possible you should sign for goods β€˜unexamined’ which will allow us to lodge a claim withΒ the delivery service.Β We advise sending a photograph ofΒ any damaged goods. This will enable us to deal with your issue quickly.Β 

      Right To Cancel

      You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from receipt of the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, 2013. You will incur the carriage charge for return of the goods. Refunds are subject to the provided goods being in perfect condition, unused and complete in their unopened original packaging. Please allow 14 working days for this process. Delivery charges cannot be refunded. To return any items, please email us at contact@redber.co.uk or call us on 01483 80 85 80, quotingΒ your order number as reference.Β Your orderΒ number can be found in both your email order confirmation and the packing sheet usually included with your goods. TheΒ goods should then be returned by an agreed delivery method.

      Your right to return or cancelΒ goods does not apply to: goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; OR which are made to your specification; ORΒ which are sealed for hygiene or health protection purposes (and have been unsealed after you receive them); OR for services, once these have been completed, even if the cancellation period is still running. When we sell our coffee products, we promise that all of our coffee is roasted to order and is therefore fresh and never stored, and we customise your coffee according to your preferred brew method. As such, some of the products that you buy from us, by definition, may not allow you to exercise a right to cancel. This does not affect your statutory rights if the products are faulty or not as described.

      We will endeavour to deal with any refunds in a prompt manner. We will issue refunds to the debit/credit card used to place the order.

      Hi

      It looked similar to the unit in my Melitta Purista 300, but sometimes slight modification. Not in this case, works fine.

      Replacement

      Bought as machine had developed a leak and had eliminated areas that we had been advised to check. Therefore, assumed issue was with the brewing unit. It wasn’t but we’ve now got a spare unit which is handy when the machine is being cleaned. For info, we’ve changed the way we brew coffee and have virtually stopped the leak,
