Blends produce distinct flavours by combining the best qualities of single origin coffees in a complementary manner. The flavour of a blend is less overpowering than that of a single origin coffee, and it is more consistent throughout the year. 

At our roastery, we are proud to offer an array of coffee blends that have been carefully crafted to create the perfect balance of flavour, aroma, and body. From the smooth, chocolatey Rich Merchant Blend, to the bold, smoky Santos and Old Brown Java. All our blends are made of 100% Arabica beans.
