At Redber we only roast to order. We try to roast and dispatch your coffee the same dayΒ as your order so that you can enjoy the freshest coffee. We roastΒ six days a week, Monday to Saturday and we dispatch from Monday to Friday.Β We tryΒ to clear all of our orders by 16:00Β each day, but we ask you to allow an extra day as contingency in case of a roasting backlog.
We now provide free delivery for ordersΒ from Β£40*:

- or you can upgrade to a 1 to 2 day delivery aim - tracked for Β£5.00Β (please note thatΒ delivery companies do not guarantee delivery inΒ oneΒ day)Β

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order is damaged or incorrect we will offer a replacement or a refund.Β You should report damagedΒ or incorrect goods to us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery so that we can try to resolve the issue. You should inspect any goods prior to signing for delivery. If there is any visible damage whatsoever you should immediately adviseΒ the delivery service. If inspection is not possible you should sign for goods βunexaminedβ which will allow us to lodge a claim withΒ the delivery service.Β We advise sending a photograph ofΒ any damaged goods. This will enable us to deal with your issue quickly.Β
Right To Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from receipt of the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, 2013. You will incur the carriage charge for return of the goods. Refunds are subject to the provided goods being in perfect condition, unused and complete in their unopened original packaging. Please allow 14 working days for this process. Delivery charges cannot be refunded. To return any items, please email us at contact@redber.co.uk or call us on 01483 80 85 80, quotingΒ your order number as reference.Β Your orderΒ number can be found in both your email order confirmation and the packing sheet usually included with your goods. TheΒ goods should then be returned by an agreed delivery method.
Your right to return or cancelΒ goods does not apply to: goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; OR which are made to your specification; ORΒ which are sealed for hygiene or health protection purposes (and have been unsealed after you receive them); OR for services, once these have been completed, even if the cancellation period is still running. When we sell our coffee products, we promise that all of our coffee is roasted to order and is therefore fresh and never stored, and we customise your coffee according to your preferred brew method. As such, some of the products that you buy from us, by definition, may not allow you to exercise a right to cancel. This does not affect your statutory rights if the products are faulty or not as described.

We will endeavour to deal with any refunds in a prompt manner. We will issue refunds to the debit/credit card used to place the order.

Fully recyclable too
The iX FILTER offers a new and ideal opportunity to bring down filtration costs whilst reducing your carbon footprint at the same time. Most rival companies simply dispose of exhausted resin to landfill β we recycle in-house.
This iX FILTER is available in size 02, offering 3000 litres @Β 180ppm from independent tests. It comes complete with a fixed 20% blend for optimised flavour, aroma and crema.
