The coffee is made using Red Catuai beans and naturally processed, where the whole coffee cherries are dried before the beans are removed. This method helps develop deeper sweetness, fuller body and the rich chocolate and nutty character typical of high-quality Brazilian coffees.

Fazenda Cachoeira has been recognised in competitions including the Cup of Excellence, highlighting the quality and consistency behind this coffee.

What Makes Brazil Cachoeira Special?

Brazil Cachoeira stands out for its combination of sweetness, balance and clean structure. While many Brazilian coffees focus purely on body and chocolate notes, this coffee also delivers clarity and refined sweetness, making it feel more expressive and polished.

The natural processing method enhances caramel sweetness and hazelnut richness while preserving smooth drinkability and balance.

Who Will Enjoy Brazil Cachoeira?

This coffee is ideal for customers looking for a smooth, sweet Brazilian speciality coffee with chocolate richness, caramel sweetness and balanced body. Its approachable flavour profile makes it especially suitable for everyday brewing and filter coffee drinkers looking for an easy-drinking but high-quality cup.

All around deliciousness!

I would love to provide a more cleverly written review describing a deliciousness of this coffee. The images that accompany this coffee are absolutely spot-on and perfect describe the flavours. This coffee lens itself very well to those who like a flat white or otherwise milky coffee. The result is a, distinctly chocolatey caramel nutty flavoured coffee. Having tried about six different varieties from Redbull have concluded that this is the one I love. I have gifted a couple of small bags to my loving brothers in hopes to convert them as well. Thank you, REDBER!

Perfect in our Moccamaster for an afternoon brew

Perfect in our Moccamaster for an afternoon brew with a slice of cake. We also like to blend some of this with a darker blended roast to give us a bit of variety for our morning brews.

no distinct character just another strong coffee.

for me a lighter roast would be better, this dark roast has killed any character and layered notes, just like any other strong coffee, it could be Javanese, Sumatran, might be ok as a latte.
Give me a Cuban or Yemen any time.

I try a lot of coffees, but I often come back to this store to detoxify.

Quite a dark roast

Good, tasted okay, just quite a dark roast, so the flavours suggested weren't quite as present as I had hoped.

Dark roast

Okay, quite a darker roast than I expected. Flet like it didn't really have the flavours advertised. Will look at reviews a bit more closely when buying next time!

Ok cuppa

It’s alright, better than the high street coffee shops or supermarket coffee beans and a world apart from instant muck.
And yet…not quite what I personally am looking for so trying another type and going for dark roast

Beat the energy crisis

I buy this every month and it is always top notch. You have some varieties which are 30% dearer, which I fail to understand. I would recommend that anyone struggling with bills right now, but still wanting to drink great coffee, orders some of this.

excellent

Another of my favourites - the "second wine" of the Barbosa family. This is very good value for such a top notch coffee and always contributes excellence to any blend you make with it

Well rounded, balanced sweetness

Regularly buy the Brazil Finca Cachoeira and prefer Redber’s medium-dark roasting profile as I prefer the balance of sweetness/boldness when used in my bean to cup espresso machine.
As ever from Redber the beans are roasted to order and in my hopper only days after roasting so as fresh as they can be so I fully recommend them if you want the freshest beans packed full of flavour!

Great coffee - roast to order - keeps fresh

Love how they are roasted to order so it keeps fresh for the entire time I get through all the beans! Currently working my way through all the single origin countries coffees!

Coffee purchase

I always buy BRAZIL FINCA CACHOEIRA (NATURAL) - Dark Roast. This last purchase I got that one and a new coffee from Peru. Only buy coffee from South America and can't wait to try the one from Peru. I love Redber coffee Co. So many things to buy in addition to coffee. New coffe machine from Redbar, but it wont work with my Alexa. Buy from Redber, you wont regret it.

On the podium

Love this coffee especially when I want something a little less F1 than OBJ. I hope this won't be affected by the Brazil price rises.

Try a new coffee bean

I fancied a change from my favourite beans and chose this brazillian bean for my regular daily coffee.

Whilst it does not have the taste I am familiar with from the central American coffees, I found this to be smooth, velvety and not harshly bitter. Good for latte or cappuccino. A great daily coffee.

Occams Razor.

I noticed on the Redber website map that the village of Ockham is nearby. This was famous once as the home of the ecclesiastic and philosopher William of Occam in the 14th Century.
He said - among other things - " Do not multiply entities beyond necessity" which is taken to mean that the simplest explanation is most likely to be correct.
So a theory that the Earth is supported by four elephants standing on the back of a giant turtle swimming in a sea of strawberry yoghurt would fail the test of Occam's Razor, and rightly so I think.
In the spirit of this exposition I would like to say that Finca Cachoeira is simply great coffer

Great selection of excellent quality coffee

Whilst this blend wasn't my favourite (was prob a little on the dark side for my taste) it was an excellent quality bean with a gorgeous aroma. I've had several blends from Redber and will definitely order from them again. Great service, great products and quick delivery.

Well balanced - not me - the coffee

First of all thanks to Redber - and Ausra in particular - for excellent customer service. This is my fourth bag of this coffee and I am really getting to like it a lot. (Can I say love without triggering your profanity filter) It is a complete coffee, and whilst it may not suit lovers of fruity or high acidity coffees, it is great for this old- school codger to drink in big mugfuls after walking the mutley hoond. Best value in the catalogue!

Well balanced

A good well balanced coffee, which at medium-dark roast works for most things. Not too acidic and reasonably full bodied. Easy to dial in and consistent which makes extracting a decent espresso no trouble. Not the most complex flavour profile, though the cocoa notes come through nicely. At this price its excellent value.
