Significant prices rises (60%) and lengthy delivery

I can't justify redber any more unfortunately. The consistency in the quality of roast has been declining for a while now, and the deliveries have been taking almost a week.

Now that redber have put their prices up from about £12 per kg to £19 per kg, overnight, with no changes to quality or delivery etc, it's just not really worth it for me anymore.

Shame, since I've been with them for years now, but was already looking for an alternative before the price rises came in.

Also, while I've had some very inconsistent roasts, every time I've complained, I've felt like it's been long winded getting a replacement or refund. I've been getting the same roast for years so I know if you've burned the beans or haven't roasted them long enough...

What a great coffee. Strong, really deep flavours excellent as espresso or in cappuccino style drink.

Beans posted and arrived really fresh just a couple of days later.

Ground beans to a really fine espresso grind and achieved a really thick crema!
