La Sofia Supremo comes from thirty small-scale producers in Belén de Umbría, Risaralda, known for its coffee production in Colombia's western Andes. The coffee is grown at elevations of 1,500 – 1,750 meters, offering perfect growing conditions for high-quality beans. With a focus on the Castillo variety, the beans are carefully wet-processed and dried on patios or in driers, ensuring consistent quality.
