Favourite coffee

This is my husband’s favourite coffee by far. I order it a few times a year, never disappoints and the delivery is always very quick.

Great Products and Service

Having shopped around, I'll now always return to Redber as I've definitely enjoyed their coffee the most.
My usual choice is one of the various Kenya options, most recently Bora and Kericho Lot 20 - still making my mind up which I prefer! Both have such amazing flavours and brightness!
More recently storing frozen in convenient, small vacuum packs, adjusting the grind to suit, I use both filter and cafetiere methods and just enjoy every drop.

Always Hits The Spot

Always a favourite, especially Bora, which never lets me down. I tend to like my coffee quite strong so it's probably not the most economical. For me, though, it assails all the senses perfectly and always hits the spot. Thank you, Redber!!

Will no doubt be back for more.

Disappointed.

I have used this coffee for several years. This last batch seems to have very little taste and has a distinct smell of burnig.

And incredible coffee from Redber!

I have a Sage grinder and Sage Bambino Plus Espresso machine and they produce the most amazing coffee (cappuccino) with these beans. Perfect every time. I love Redber coffee beans and particularly enjoy this as well as the Inzovu, Guatamalan, and Sweet Shop Blend. As good as it gets i’d say.

Kenya Bora Estate

I'm sorry to say that my last order is disappointing. The coffee tastes slightly bitter as though it has been over-roasted. My previous order was excellent. Such a shame.

Not quite.

The beans themselves and the roast are good. The grind could be a little finer though.

A tasty cup!

Ordering from Redber was a pleasure, a lot of choice for both coffee and accessories which is great. I ordered this with two other coffees and its a nice, balanced, tasty cup. I'm new in my coffee journey and think that maybe this is not quite my preferred type of coffee but very nice nonetheless

Boring Bora

I’ve been drinking Kenyan based coffee for about 4 decades, when it’s good it is great, bright high notes and my favourite, but when it’s not great it can be a real disappointment. This particular batch, late spring 21, was not great, let’s hope it was a one off.

No Substitute for Kenya Peaberry

As above.
Lacks the subtle flavour I have become accustomed to.

Kenya is the best

Well for starters, Kenya Bora and/or Peaberry is the very best! ... much nicer than that nasty smoky over-roasted Colombian stuff and ... when to comes down to Kenya Coffee these guys have got it nailed - superb fresh, acidic taste with a wonderful aroma which takes me back to my childhood in Kenya - I get through roughly a kilo a month and am a regular subscriber to Redber - excellent product and excellent service!

Reach aroma coffee

The espresso gives a really reach aroma and very well tasted when mixing with mild. I would definitely buy it again

Love this coffee

This is a lovely Kenyan coffee which is great value for money. Cheaper to buy online from Redber than from our local coffee merchants.

Too soon

I haven't opened the coffee yet, so cannot review it. With this type of product the request to review should be delayed.

Too early

The ordering system was easy, the delivery was prompt. I can't review the goods because I haven't started using them yet. I would have preferred to give a proper review later but the emails asking for a review have persuaded me that a review is required now, so here it is.

I have to say that I've enjoyed all my previous supplies from Redber, so I'm fairly confident that this batch will be ok when I get to them.

First Purchase

Bit brighter than my usual Kenya AA, the purchase process was simpler than my previous supplier, and delivery cheaper and faster.

Good experience

The coffee was suitably packaged, reasonably priced, and pleasant to drink, but I wasn't able to make as good a brew (with my Hario Skerton and Aeropress) as some other beans I've tried. I will definitely buy from Redber again.
