Santos Java Blend

I think this is my favourite blend

Most of the time I am happy with my orders. This blend is somehow different. Took me some time to dial in, tried various temperatures but results are not good. Grind setting are reaching fine on Niche (almost out of the espresso scale), still the shot blends out far too quickly. I am an espresso person but these beans I can only tolerate with milk and sugar. I wish there was some way to spend this roast faster so I can get to my tried and tested beans sooner.

My new favourite coffee; not too strong yet full of flavour - the perfect balance. I’ll happily drink 2 cups of this back to back. Perfect for a flat white.

I think the Santos, killed the Old Java. Having to use max beens ans still not a good cup.

Thought I would try this blend. I am a long standing Java enthusiast but had a brazilian flat white recently and loved the smooth aroma. Saw this and thought this must be a good match. Well totally converted! Highly recommend you try this.

I bought this as it was cheaper than my normal Santos and Java from Whittards.
Sadly , for me, it is not as good . Maybe it’s the old brown Java , which had noticeably less “oil” on the beans , but lacking the strong rich taste that I’m used to.

I would normally only go for single bean but decided to try a blend, so ordered a small quantity, as you never know if you don’t try. And to me, this blend works really well, nutty and full of flavour, ordered 1kg!

I love Old Brown Java, but mixed with Santos it just didn't work for me. Bitter tasting and not smooth at all. I bought it by mistake. One cup out of a 500g bag is all I could manage.

This was my first order from Redber. Excellent value for money. The coffee grounds were perfect. The coffee was superb. I use a filter coffee machine, the water has time to seep through the grounds. This blend really works well together. Bold but not too acidic.Well Done Guys and Happy Christmas.

Preferred the Sumatra Santos, it was still good though

We've tried a few different blends and beans, and this is currently our favourite and we get it on subscription. Smokey chocolate notes but without a bitter aftertaste or acidic tang which we're not fans of. Use in B2C machine to make espresso/flat white/americano.

The service was excellent. Delivery of freshly roasted beans was even swifter, second time round. The beans as good as I hoped for and significantly cheaper than another leading ground coffee provider that I had been using prior to lockdown. Just off to order another kilo.
