It’s finally here! The Queen’s Jubilee!

For this momentous occasion, The Queens Platinum

Jubilee, we decided to reach out to you, our wonderful

customers, for your ideas & suggestions on the best

coffee blend to represent our long-standing monarch.

We were inundated with great submissions, and after

a long (and tasty) mixing and tasting process, we are

very excited and proud to announce we have found the

winning Jubilee blend!

Submitted by our loyal customer Colin, his

recommendation was to combine our Kenya Bora,

Costa Rica Amapola Tarrazu and Papua New Guinea

into a delicious medium dark roasted blend.

“ As a keen coffee drinker and loyal customer of Redber,

I specifically picked these single origin coffees, as

both Kenya and Papua New Guinea both hold special

meaning to the Queen. Elizabeth visited Kenya in 1983

with The Duke of Edinburgh and returned to Papua New

Guinea in 1977 for her Silver Jubilee Tour ” says Colin

We loved the reasoning behind this, and after rigorous cupping
sessions from our Head Roaster Luigi, the coffee produced the
most fantastic flavours of candied orange and maple syrup with
a chocolatey aftertaste.

After selecting his recipe as our Jubilee blend, Luigi invited
Colin in to help roast the first batch. An exciting moment for all
involved.
