Our customer spotlight for this edition is a wonderful hotel called The Manor at Elstree. A stunning two AA Rosette private dining & hotel venue set in the outskirts of Hertfordshire; The Manor at Elstree serves up seasonal, locally sourced British cuisine with a twist in a vibrantly bustling dining destination. Operations Manager Will Jackson came to Redber with the idea of serving amazing freshly roasted coffee to guests at breakfast, afternoon tea and after dinner! Of course, we were thrilled! Our Signature Blend is the result of listening to what our customers like best about our coffees and bringing them together in one fantastic blend. Expect rich notes of notes of chocolate, nuts, and summer fruits. The result is great for any espresso-based drink. It really shines as the base for a Latte, Cappuccino, or a Flat White.
However, the distinctive Colombian Estate coffee, and hint of African Natural we have blended in, also make for a complex and satisfying black coffee. The roasting profile has been made a touch lighter, allowing for the maximum amount of sweetness to develop. To bring the blend together, we have included 30% Colombian coffee, 30% Brazilian, 20% Indonesian, and 20% Ethiopian, giving the coffee flavour notes from across the globe. Caffé Italiano is a blend of vibrant Colombia Huila, the smooth sweet Brazil Santos, the rich, spicy aged Old Brown Java, and the bright fruity beans of the Naturally Processed Ethiopia Sidamo. It is a great espresso blend for those who like that classic Italian flavour, and a fantastic all rounder for all brewing methods.
